📄 Improved Sub-Control Display in Task List View 

The number of sub-controls associated with a task is always one, so the context that this field was adding on the task list view was near zero. 

From now on, we'll display the specific name of the sub-control and hyperlink it for direct access. This should make sorting and filtering on that column a breeze.

🎨 Enhanced Executive Summary Reports 

“Didn’t they just release the new Executive Summary Reports?”, you may be thinking. Well, yes, but our commitment to constant improvement is so strong, we started tweaking these reports the moment we launched them. 

Here’s what’s new: 

  • Consistent Sorting: We made sure all slides listing controls without filters are now sorted the same way.  
  • Concise Slide Descriptions: We trimmed "Complete Program Scoring History" to read "Program Scoring History." Similarly, “Score Achieved" on the Completed Controls slide is now called "Completion Date.” 
  • Bigger Fonts: We increased the font sizes to reduce white space and make the slides more readable. Your eyes will thank us. 

But we’re not done with the reports’ makeover — more and bigger enhancements are on the way!  

📝  Content Updates 

  • NIST 800-171a Updates: This framework and assessment have been revamped for better readability. To reflect the current version, we've renamed the framework to NIST 800-171 Rev 2 and the assessment to NIST 800-171a Rev 2. These changes not only align with the latest standards but also ensure we’re ready for the upcoming release of NIST 800-171 Rev 3.
