Enhancement - Tasks

• Activity Logging in Tasks - Hopefully you've been enjoying making quick bulk updates to your tasks. We're happy to announce that we now have more accurate logging of these changes! In your tasks' activity logs, you will now see accurate audit logs of bulk updates, including field changes and when they were made.

Enhancement - VRM

• Status Filter in Templates - Lost sight of your drafts by accident? No worries! We have added a "Status" filter in the Templates page of Vendor Risk Manager. This filter will allow you to view your templates the way you want to, by Active, Draft, or all templates.

 

Enhancement - System Information / SSP Report

Government framework users can now easily enter data needed to populate their System Security Plan (SSP) Reports. Several data elements were previously required to be entered through comma delimited fields. These data elements can now be entered through tables to allow easier data management.

• System Interconnections/IP Address related fields
• SSP Plan Approvers
• Information System Owner
• Point of Contact
• Leveraged Authorizations

Enhancement - Tasks

Fixes:

• VRM: The infinite scrolling functionality in the Vendor List table was temporarily broken, but we have resolved all issues. Users should now be able to successfully scroll through and access their full list of vendors again.

• Scoring: The scoring history graphs were flat at the control level for some organizations. We have resolved all issues and the scoring history should now be accurate.

• SSP Report: We uncovered a little bug where the control and subcontrol order in the platform differed from the SSP Report for NIST 800-53 rev 5. But fret not – we've sorted it out! Now, everything's back in sync, making it easier for you to identify issues with the framework and entries.

• Custom Report: After investigation by our development team, we discovered that the custom report was failing due to an issue with subcontrol generation. With these fixes, your custom reports will be running smoothly again. Here's the list of frameworks we've fixed:
