How to Get SSO Set Up?

Are you wanting to set up SSO for your Apptega Account?

To make this process as efficient as possible, read this post to know what information you should include in your initial support request!

To complete setting up SSO, you will need to include the following:

  • Certificate
  • Login URL
  • Confirmation of what the email domain will be for all users
    • Ex: apptega.com

If you're unaware of unfamiliar with any of these terms, reach out to your IT team and they should be able to get you these details.


Once you've submitted those details in your Support Request, a Support team member will respond with the following from our end:

  • Entity ID
  • Callback URL

If you have all of these details ready to go, go to the Support Portal and submit your SSO request!
