Tip Tuesday: How-to view your assigned Assessment questions!

Narrow your view to the specific Assessment questions and categories you've been assigned.

If multiple users are assigned to different controls in an assessment, instead of searching through each question, enable the My Questions toggle and filter your current view.

1. Click on the Assess option in the Quick Links sidebar.
   
   
2. In your Assessment Manager, find the Assessment you're looking for and click the green play button.
   
   
3. Once you're in the assessment you will see which categories you've been assigned while still being able to view all other categories and questions.
   
   
4. Enable the My Questions toggle to filter your view to only your assigned questions.
   
   
   
5. If you've only been assigned a subset of questions in a particular category, when you open that category drop down, you will only see your assigned questions.
   
   

Please Note: This toggle is a filter and not a permission set, meaning that each assigned user is not restricted to ONLY viewing their assigned questions.
