📝 📢 Fall Product Launch Event Recap!

We covered a lot in our fall product launch event, so I wanted to compile all the announcements for you to have them in one place...  
 

New Content:  

• New Frameworks: ISO 42001, PCI DSS 4.0, NIST 800-171 Rev. 3, and NYDFS. (Released in 2024) 
  
• Updated Frameworks: Virtually every framework we support, such as HIPAA, CIS v8, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and more. (Released in 2024) 
  
• Other Content Updated: New vendor risk questionnaire templates that use 1-5 response options for more accuracy, and custom assessment formatting with HTML.  (Released in 2024) 
  
• Enhanced harmony mappings for CMMC 2.0, NIST CSF 2.0, and ISO 27001:2022, as well as CMMI scoring for NIST CSF 1.1. (Available by early 2025) 

New Reporting:  

• New versions of virtually all our reports, including our Executive Summary and Assessment Reports. (Released in 2024) 

Integrations:  

• AWS Security Hub Integration: New connector that maps relevant evidence from AWS services to Apptega’s common controls, updating scores across all frameworks added to that specific tenant. (Released in 2024) 
  
• MS Defender for Cloud Integration: Works just like the integration above. (Released by EOY) 

Tasking:  

• Task Recurrence: Easily create recurring tasks for reviewing relevant controls at your desired frequency. (Released in 2024) 
  
• One-to-Many Tasks: Assign the same task to different people and modules–like risk manager and audit manager–to avoid any duplicative work. (Released by EOY) 

New UX/UI:  

• Sub-Control Section Redesigns: Revamped UI for Documents, Tasks, Risks, Notes, and Comments sections for more streamlined and intuitive workflows. (Released by EOY) 
  
• Full Platform Redesign: Whole new UI/UX purpose-built to help managed security providers deliver posture management and compliance outcomes continuously & at scale
